When yo go to your liquor store, are you buying the wine you think you're buying?

CBS This Morning news reported on an extensive investigation into a 'bait and switch' tactic where the wine store chains have been routinely and over a course of years been selling wine, but misidentifying the year the wine was produced called the vintage date.
