Sacramental Wines Consumption booms at Easter

Easter Sunday is one of the busiest day of the year for Catholic churches as parishioners celebrate the resurrection fo the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Although when surveyed, most indicate a higher percentage of the time attending mass, outsided of Christmas, Easter Sunday tends to draw the largest participation more than doubling attendance to celebrate the sermons of Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Saturday's Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday masses that focus on renewal and hope. Catholicism is the second largest religious faith in the United States consisting of roughly 25% of the country's population or approximately 88.55 million people.

After the visit to the United States by Pope Francis, a renewed sign of Catholics returning to regular attendance has been a boom in sacramental wine sales.
