The number of Craft Beer producers has more than double over the past three years in New York. THe Rochester Region has been experiencing what can only be called a local boom as new breweries operations seem to be popping up everywhere. By comparison, this is still nowhere near the total prior to prohibition and now with a population four times larger - room to grow, definitely.

Experienced Wine Label Designers Wanted
Finger Lakes Community College began a concentration in Viticulture and Enology (Winemaking) with its first students producing wine with their first vintage from the harvest of 2010.
